Firm Profile | Team

From concept to completion.
Reynolds Project Management, Inc. functions as an Owner's Representative, providing cost-effective construction expertise to building owners and developers. Working as an extension of our client's staff, we provide leadership and oversight at every stage of a project from the initial concept through design, agency approval, procurement, construction, commissioning, close-out, move-in, and occupancy.

Streamlined, controlled approach.
Our strategic management approach combined with our diligence and integrity has garnered us a reputation for running well-coordinated, cost-efficient projects that result in timely completion, overall reduced costs, and highly functional facilities.

Proven experience and expertise.
Established and incorporated in 2004, our resume includes both ground-up construction and renovation projects ranging in value from $1 million to more than $55 million. We are equipped to work with both public agency and private sector clients in various market segments including hospitality, food service, institutional, biotech and pharmaceutical, and healthcare.

Certified green.
Principal Kevin Reynolds is accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). A LEED Professional Accreditation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the LEED Certification process. Implementing these practices can also save clients money over the life span of the building and reduces the impact of buildings on the environment.

Meeting challenging requirements.
Our services are especially beneficial on projects with elements of complexity such as occupied facilities, tight budget or schedule constraints, multiple user groups or decision-making entities, historic renovations, phasing, and tight site or unique locations.
