Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel Renovation

Description: Multi-phased renovation of a 55,000sf, 6-story existing, operating hotel. Scope included building skin modification and upgrade, an addition to the hotel lobby, ADA guestroom upgrades, business center, meeting room, public space, sitework, the main vehicular drop off and pedestrian entrance, parking lot (partial), mechanical upgrades, and renovation of a restaurant shell in an adjacent building. The hotel was operational during the renovation and at maximum occupancy from time to time. The project required approval by the Unified Port of San Diego.
