Buster’s Beach House & Longboard Bar

Description: 4,000sf ground-up restaurant as part of the Marina Gateway Plaza project. Scope included an 84-seat dining area, 24-seat bar, display kitchen, kitchen equipment, and outside patio area. Project also included a 2,000sf tenant improvement of banquet space in an adjacent building.
