Doubletree LAX Renovation

Description: The project consisted of renovating 215 guestrooms and guestroom corridors in an existing, operating 7-story hotel. The public space renovations included improvements to the lobby, meeting rooms, fitness room, pool deck, select exterior upgrades, and complete demo and renovation of the restaurant and bar. The building interiors received new finishes and FF&E.
