Hilton Garden Inn LA Marina Del Rey

Description: Complete remodel of an existing hotel and conversion to a Hilton Garden Inn. The property was comprised of 108 standard guestrooms, 26 bungalow guestrooms, public space, meeting rooms, a business center, a hospitality suite, a restaurant, and administrative areas. The scope of work included new building skin, exterior windows & doors, roofs, hardscape, landscape, and renovation of the pool. The building interiors received all new finishes and FF&E. The project scope also included renovating the MEP systems.
