Hotel Del Coronado Nobu & Veranda Restaurant Renovations

Description: This project entailed demolition of the existing Sheerwater restaurant and construction of two new restaurants: Nobu & Veranda. The Nobu renovation included all new kitchen equipment, sushi bar, exterior patio, exterior bar, and custom iroko millwork throughout the interior and exterior spaces. Veranda, the hotel’s 3-meal restaurant, also received a complete renovation including a new buffet area, service bar, kitchen equipment, and exterior patio. The project scope included the purchase and installation of all new FF&E.
