Hotel Del Coronado Ocean Club

Description: This project entailed a complete renovation of the existing Windsor Cottage private lounge and conversion to the Ocean Club. In addition to completing a historic renovation of the iconic Windsor Cottage, the project scope included new sitework to facilitate expansion of the exterior seating along with construction of a new beachfront bar. A new kitchen building was constructed adjacent to the Windsor Cottage along with buffet equipment inside the Cottage. The project scope included the purchase and installation of all new FF&E.
