Hotel Del Coronado Shore House Hotel & Convention Center

Description: Ground up construction of a 4-story, 325,000sf oceanfront, luxury hotel at the Del. The project included 75 luxury residences with fully equipped kitchens that equated to 142 hotel guestroom keys, a 41,000sf conference center, banquet and a la carte kitchens, zero-edge oceanfront pool, open-air pool side bar, loading dock, full below grade basement for valet parking, back of house spaces, and site hardscape / landscape. The project scope included the purchase and installation of all new FF&E.
