Hotel Del Coronado The Views Renovation

Description: This project entailed the complete renovation of a 7-story guestroom building with 217 guestrooms and suites. The project scope included demo back to structure, complete reconstruction of the interior guestrooms / corridors / elevator lobbies, new MEP infrastructure, and new hardscape / landscape around the building. Enhanced patios were constructed at ground floor guestrooms including brick pavers, cabanas, outdoor furniture, and fire tables. An activity center was constructed at the beach side of the building that included a surfboard rental station and hook-ups for food and bar trucks. The project scope included the purchase and installation of all new FF&E.
