Jamaica Bay Inn

Description: This project consisted of a partial demolition and complete remodel of an existing hotel including the ground-up construction of a new 4-story, 52,000sf addition to the hotel. The new hotel is a 73,000sf facility with 111 guestrooms. The project included complete demolition of the sitework and construction of new landscape, hardscape, pool, and courtyard area. The public space of the hotel included a meeting room, board room, fitness center, business center and a 5,000sf restaurant.
