Law Office

Description: This project was an adaptive re-use of an existing “big box” type retail store that was converted into law offices. The 26,000sf tenant improvement included a conference center, mock court room, front lobby, staff lunch room, staff & client restrooms, fitness room, shower rooms, open office area for cubicles, and private offices. The project included upgrades to the building shell such as new windows, Solatubes, a new roof, insulation, and exterior signage. Seismic upgrades were performed at the roof structure. New MEP systems were installed. This project earned LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
