Marina del Rey Hotel

Description: The project consisted of a complete remodel of an existing, marina front hotel. The hotel includes 163 guestrooms, public space, meeting rooms, a business center, a restaurant, and BOH areas. The scope of work included new building skin, exterior windows & doors, roofs, hardscape / landscape, and renovation of the pool deck / pool. The comprehensive interior renovation included new MEP systems as well as all new finishes and FF&E.
