Description: A complete renovation of a Generation 1 Residence Inn. The hotel is comprised of 22 individual guestroom buildings with a total of 176 guestrooms on a 4.5 acre property. Project scope consisted of complete renovation of all guestrooms including FF&E, new building skin and roof at all guestroom buildings, renovation of the Gatehouse interior (lobby building) as well as select exterior renovations, select sitework renovation including all new landscaping, pool renovation, and construction of a new fitness center building. Project included re-alignment of entry drive. The hotel remained open and occupied during the renovation.
