Description: 315,000sf full renovation of a historic hotel into a Starwood Luxury Collection property in the Gaslamp District. The 13-level hotel included 270 distinctive guest rooms with 47 suites of which two are bi-level Presidential suites; 33,000sf of opulent ballrooms and event space outfitted with a fully integrated, state-of-the-art audio visual system; Grand Lobby, Legendary Grant Grill and Lounge, fitness center, business center, gift boutique, public space, back of house areas, executive offices, banquet kitchens, central plant and building infrastructure modernization.
