US Grant Hotel Renovation – 2016

Description: After successfully completing the 2006 renovation, Reynolds Project Management was invited back to oversee the 2016 renovation of this historic hotel in the Gaslamp District. Project included all new finishes and FF&E in 223 unique guestrooms and 47 suites. Improvements were also made to the guestroom corridors, 33,000sf of meeting space, public areas, and select back of house spaces. A new fitness center was added. The hotel remained open and occupied during the renovation.
