Description: This project consisted of a 14,600sf build-out of executive office space on the 4th floor of a mid-rise office building on Hollywood Boulevard. This project is located in downtown Hollywood, just two blocks away from the famed Mann’s Chinese Theater and Kodak Theater. Therefore, there was no laydown or staging area and special provisions had to be made including the coordination of just in time deliveries. As not to disturb the other tenants in the building, construction work was conducted after typical office hours, including weekends.
